COMECO is a joint venture exempt company based in the State of Bahrain. The largest shareholder is China Petroleum Material & Equipment (Group) Corporation (CPMEC). Having its headquarter in Beijing China. CPMEC, as a subsidiary of China National Petroleum Corp. (CNPC), specializes in the manufacture, supply, procurement and import of all kinds of materials, equipment, instruments for the end-users and projects in China and overseas within the CNPC group. CNPC is the largest national Oil & Gas Company in China, and its annual crude oil production is about 150 Million tons and has over a million employees working worldwide.

COMECO's strategic location allows easy access to every supplier in the Middle East, Europe, America and the Far East.
